Solana is not just a wedding venue — it’s an event destination. Set on 11 private acres first founded as a guest ranch in 1948 in Tucson’s lush Tanque Verde Valley, the historic Solana Guest Ranch blends Spanish-style charm with rustic ranch elegance. We offer our event space for weddings and receptions or a buy-out option giving you and your guests exclusive private access to a multi-day, immersive experience filled with natural beauty, thoughtful amenities, and warm hospitality.

We can host wedding celebrations for up to 150 guests. Whether you’re planning an intimate ceremony or a grand affair, our flexible indoor and outdoor spaces adapt beautifully to your vision.

Solana Guest Ranch can customize a multi-day destination wedding or single day ceremony and reception package to fit your budget. In-season weekend wedding dates book out well in advance at most Tucson wedding venues so reserving  your dates early with a 25% deposit is highly recommended. We offer flexible payment terms and discounted rates for weekday weddings. Our base wedding site fee is based on your guest count. Our site fee includes venue use and event support for a single event lasting up to 6 hours. We can plan and add additional events for extended stay events. Our venue site fee does not include food, beverages, or premium add-on services. Onsite lodging at Solana Villas is priced separately.

Yes! On the 11 acre Solana property is an  Ranch for events and the Spanish Villas offering on-site lodging for up to 60 guests (with sofa sleepers and trundle beds and Luxury Conestoga Wagons), so your closest friends and family can stay together throughout your wedding weekend. Our mix of historic-style villas, private casitas, and luxury wagons allows you to turn your wedding into a full weekend retreat.

Weddings are typically booked for a total duration of up to 6 hours, however planning starts well in advance with vendor load in and event preparation occuring throughout your wedding day. At Solana we specialize in multi-day events as well, giving you time to relax and celebrate at your own pace with family and friends should you choose to host a wedding adventure. From rehearsal dinners and welcome parties to morning-after brunches, Solana offers the space and support to create unforgettable moments before and after you say “I do.” – Our Event Coordinator can create a custom multi-day experience for your event guests and your on-site guests.

Yes! We can customize your ceremony and reception location from a variety of picturesque spaces across the estate, including:

  • The Hacienda Courtyard
  • The Lawn at the Villas
  • The Hawk’s Nest Saloon
  • The Open-Air Event Pavilion with built-in bar and lighting
  • Event Hall – Spanish inspired large open multi purpose room with built in bar (Fall 2026)
  • Each area offers its own vibe — rustic, romantic, or refined — and you can mix and match for a completely customized celebration.

Absolutely. We provide everything needed for a seamless event: elegant ceremony chairs, tables for reception and service, standard linens, and more saving you thousands of dollars in rental fees. Our team handles the setup and breakdown so you can focus on the fun. We can also help coordinate premium selections and fully custom weddings through our preferred vendors.

Event essentials included with our wedding venue site fee:
  • Exclusive use of selected venue spaces for Ceremony, Cocktail Hour, and Reception
  • Full day venue rental for vendor set up and up to 6 hours for your event
  • Ceremony seating – white padded chairs
  • Ceremony arch
  • Reception tables (picnic or rounds)
  • Choice of standard linens and napkins (black or white)
  • Basic table settings
  • Guest water station
  • Tables for gifts, guestbook, cake, dinner service, etc.
  • 1 hr Ceremony rehearsal with coordination
  • Bridal Suite and Groom’s Quarters
  • Private Honeymoon Suite for the night of the event
  • Grounds for photography (Based on availability)
  • Standard setup/cleanup
  • Public restrooms for guest convenience

Yes! Our experienced Event Coordinator is your go-to partner from the first tour to the final toast. You’ll also have access to a preferred vendor list and planning tools to simplify the process. Wedding planners are encouraged but not required. For fully custom weddings and receptions we can recommend wedding planners in Tucson.

Your overnight and on-site guests have access to:
  • Solana 44′ resort-style heated swimming pool
  • Private pickleball court & game park with hammock
